We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after delivery of the last item on your order to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, with no signs of use beyond what is necessary to inspect it — as you would in a shop. Items showing excessive handling or damage may be subject to a deduction from your refund. You'll also need your order number or proof of purchase.

You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Items must be returned within 14 days of notifying your withdrawal.

To start a return, you can contact us at karin@karinfast.com  or through your account. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Kroonlaan 9, 1217AV Hilversum, The Netherlands.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or PDF patterns. Courses and workshops are non-refundable once accessed, provided you gave prior consent to waive your right of withdrawal at the time of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 days of receiving your returned goods. Standard outbound shipping is refunded along with the item price. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
